Return & Refund Policy

At V1 OUTFIT Store, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your options and how to proceed.

1. Returns Window

• You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, tampering, alteration, or improper care.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
• Intimate wear and hygiene-sensitive items (where clearly indicated).
• Customized or personalized products, unless delivered defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where we delivered a defective or incorrect product.
• Refund timelines for UPI/card payments depend on your bank and may take a few additional days to reflect.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@v1outfit.com.
• We may request photos or videos of the product and packaging to assess the issue.
• A replacement or full refund (including shipping) will be provided for verified cases.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges (size/color) are subject to product availability.
• To exchange an item, initiate a return first and place a new order, or contact our support team for assistance.

6. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at service@v1outfit.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
4. Ship the item back using the instructed method. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Important Notes

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect product).
• Refunds and returns are processed only after verification of the returned product’s condition.
• V1 OUTFIT reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.
